The Crestview team of Covenant Hospice has an excellent reputation in the community as the hospice of choice for our outstanding care of patients and families.  Covenant Hospice has been a member of the community for over 25 years and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accredidation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  Our continuous care program is staffed by Covenant Hospice team members.  Our full-time medical director makes home visits and our specially trained RNs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for support.  We offer specialized bereavement programs for adults and children.
