The Niceville team has a full-time Medical Director who makes home visits and a continuous care program staffed by Covenant team members.  We take a comprehensive approach to caring for patients and their families including specialized bereavement programs for adults and children. 
 
Our staff is specially trained in hospice care and provides services to both the patient and family.  Covenant has been a part of the community for over 25 years and is availble for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
 
The Niceville Team of Covenant Hospice serves the following counties in Florida:
