The Pensacola team of Covenant Hospice has been proudly serving our area for 25 years as your hometown hospice.  Our staff is available or support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our full-time Medical Directors make house calls.  Covenant provides this care wherever the patient chooses to live: at home, in a nursing home, hospital, assisted living facility, or in one of Covenant's two hospice inpatient units.  Covenant Hospice takes a comprehensive approach to caring for patients and their families, while utilizing specially trained staff and volunteers.  Our team includes a high percentage of staff certified in hospice and palliative care.  We are neighbors caring for neighbors. 
 
The Pensacola team of Covenant Hospice serves the following counties:
  • Escambia (FL)
  • Santa Rosa
Covenant Hospice also serves the Pensacola area with two inpatient residences - the Joyce Goldenberg Hospice Inpatient Residence and the Care Center at West Florida Hospital.
