The Tallahassee team of Covenant Hospice is accredited by the Joint Commission on Health Care Administration (JCAHO).  Our full-time Medical Director makes home visits.  Our specially trained RN staff is available to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Covenant accepts any patient, regradless of where they call home or their ability to pay.  Many of our staff members are certified in hospice and palliative care and our team provides support to the patient and family during their journey.
