Covenant Society Donor Recognition Program

The Covenant Society is open to anyone wishing to contribute a minimum of $500 annually toward providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and their loved ones at the end-of-life. 2011 Covenant Society members will be recognized during the first quarter of 2012. For more information, please contact the Philanthropy Department at 850-438-9714.

Diamond Level - $5,000 and above Annual Gifts

Emerald Level - $2,500-$4,999 Annual Gifts
