Through free, personalized CarePages websites, Covenant patients and caregivers relate their stories, post photos and update friends and family instantly. In turn, visitors can send messages of love and encouragement. Carepages will also connect people to Alzheimer’s Family Services (AFS) and the patients and families of the Partners in Care Together for Kids program of Covenant Hospice.
